The purpose of the Higher Education Program is to provide scholarships to eligible Caddo students who are working towards an Associate’s degree (except for the Associate of Applied Science degree) or their first Bachelor’s degree, from a regionally accredited institution (meets the procedures and criteria for accreditation by U.S. Secretary of Education). The Job Placement and Training Program, provides supplemental subsistence allowance to eligible tribal members while they train to qualify for meaningful employment. The services offered are Job Placement and Job Training. Continue reading
Motor Fuel Tax Education Assistance Program
Tribal funds allotted to the Caddo Nation Education Department from the Motor Fuel Tax shall be used to encourage students to finish school, and to financially assist tribal members attending public schools, home-schooled students, as well as those attending post-secondary institutions, such as colleges, universities and vocational-technology centers, with school-related expenses and fees not covered by existing services.
